Terms and Conditions
Lessons
Lesson will be conducted once a week, 4 session a month. The duration of each session will be according to the programme you have choosed. As some month consists of fifth weeks, therefore, there will be no lesson on that week or there will be additional charges for that week. Students are also to take note that there will be no lesson during public holidays.
Adverse Weather & Safety Precaution
In cases of bad weather, the swimming instructor and the pool authority reserve the exclusive right to cancel the swimming lesson for safety reasons. once the swimming lesson has started and has to be cancelled due to rain, there will be no make up lesson. Lesson will be conducted under drizzling rain.
Relief of Swimming Instructor
Under any unforseen circumstances, Leisure Swim reserve the rights to send a relief swimming instructor if the swimming instructor is unavailable.
Payment
Once your reservation is made with Leisure Swim, a full has to be made for the first month. Your placement will be held for 3 working days to allow time for the bank to process the transfer. Your reservation will be confirmed once the payment is received. Transfering of fees to any third party is not allowed.
Refund Policy
Any refunds must be made 7 days prior to the first lesson. A 50% refund of the amount paid will be made if the cancellation notice is less than 7 days prior to the first lesson. Once lesson has commenced, there will be strictly no refund given.
Swimming Equipment
Students are necessary to prepared their swimming equipments for lessons. Such as:
Swimming attire, swimming goggles, swimming boards and swimming cap.
Termination
Students are required to give 2 weeks notice prior to their termination date.
Responsibility
Leisure Swim will not be responsible for any claims regarding any injury, damage or loss of life while attending the lesson.
